Hall of Fame - Phoenix College Athletics

The Phoenix College Athletic Department, Office of Alumni and Development and community members review nominations for the Phoenix College Athletic Hall of Fame. Any alumnus, staff member, or friend of Phoenix College many make nominations for this honor. The criteria for consideration into the Phoenix College Athletic Hall of Fame is outlined below. Once an individual is nominated, the nominee becomes a standing nominee. It is not necessary to nominate the individual more than once.

Nomination Contact Information

After nominations close, nominees will be contacted to confirm acceptance of their nomination and to request biographical and supporting documentation. Once this process is completed, the nominee's name and information will be collected and forwarded to the Selection Committee for final consideration. Please allow 4-8 weeks for completion of the entire process.

Nominee Information

Nominees are accepted in the Athletes, Coaches, Administrators, and Service Recognition categories and must meet the following selection criteria: Athletes: One season of competition, have been out of Phoenix College a minimum of 5 years, demonstrated superior athletic performance and contributed to the success of the athletics program while at Phoenix College; and/or one season of competition, have been out of Phoenix College a minimum of 5 years, demonstrated contribution to community, and a positive role model. Coaches: Preferred minimum of five years of service at Phoenix College and have been out of PC for 5 years, demonstrated superior competence and professionalism in making contributions to the intercollegiate athletics program while at Phoenix College, and are worthy citizenship and a positive role model. Administrators: Preferred minimum of five years of service at Phoenix College and have been out of PC for 5 years, demonstrated superior competence and professionalism in making contributions to the intercollegiate athletics program while at Phoenix College, and are worthy citizenship and a positive role model. Service Recognition: Have been out of Phoenix College more than 5 years, demonstrated community service during or after their time at Phoenix College and are of worth citizenship and a positive role model.
