Athletic Director, Phoenix College
Inducted into Northern Montana College (MSU-Northern) Hall of Fame – 2004
Kristine “KK” Kincaid has built an impressive career as a student-athlete, coach, and now administrator at Phoenix College. Currently serving as the Athletic Director at Phoenix College, Kincaid brings decades of experience, championship pedigree, and a deep commitment to student-athlete success.
A standout in both basketball and volleyball, Kincaid’s collegiate career is one of the most decorated in NAIA history. After beginning at Central Arizona Junior College, where she won a National Championship and earned MVP honors, she transferred to Northern Montana College (now MSU-Northern). There, she etched her name into the record books:

1993 NAIA Division II National Tournament MVP – leading Northern Montana to its first-ever women’s basketball national championship.

All-Conference and NAIA Tournament 1st Team (1991–92, 1992–93).

Kodak All-American (1993).

Featured in Sports Illustrated “Faces in the Crowd.”

Holds school records for single-season field goal percentage (64.4%) and career field goal percentage (61.6%).

Excelled in volleyball as well, setting records for most kills in a 3-game match (25) and most blocks in a match (12), ranking second in career single-season blocks (159).
Kincaid’s impact extended beyond her playing career. She went on to serve as Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Phoenix College, where she guided and mentored countless student-athletes. Her leadership eventually transitioned into athletic administration, where she continues to oversee Phoenix College’s 10 intercollegiate sports programs, helping teams compete at the highest level while ensuring student-athlete development on and off the field.
Kincaid was inducted into the MSU-Northern Hall of Fame in 2004, honoring her extraordinary athletic achievements. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University in 1998 in Liberal Studies and Sociology.
