
Phoenix College forward AJ Ajawain has made a significant impact this season, earning Third-Team All-Conference recognition for his contributions on both ends of the floor.
Ajawain was a force on the glass, ranking second in the conference in defensive rebounds and seventh in total rebounds per game, averaging 7.1 boards per contest. His defensive presence extended beyond rebounding, as he finished 10th in the conference in total blocks per game, recording 25 blocks on the season.
Offensively, Ajawain provided consistent scoring, averaging 10.2 points per game while shooting an efficient 49.3% from the field. He also proved to be reliable from the free-throw line, knocking down 77.5% of his attempts.
In addition to his scoring and rebounding, Ajawain showcased his playmaking ability, leading the team's frontcourt with 2.8 assists per game and maintaining a 1.3 assist-to-turnover ratio, one of the best marks among forwards in the conference.
