The Phoenix College Bears Men's Soccer team is gearing up for another promising season, opening up ranked No. 2 in the NJCAA DII Preseason poll. Under the leadership of Head Coach David Cameron, who is entering his 20th season, the Bears made history last year by reaching their first-ever national championship game. The team also celebrated individual accolades, with Eiji Hata and Jair Garcia earning 1st Team All-American honors, and Hata, along with Kaito Nakayama, being named to the United Soccer Coaches All-America Team.

The Bears had an impressive 15-2-2 overall record and were crowned Back to Back to Back Region 1 Division 2 Champions, finishing as the 2023 National Runner-Up. As they prepare to kick off the season on Friday, August 23, the Bears are determined to make another strong run under Coach Cameron's guidance.
