Your Bears Cross Country team competed at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University this past Saturday.  NAIA teams and NJCAA teams were among teams on the startling line. 

The Lady Bears had all five scorers all finish in the top thirty led by Evelyn Osornio at eighteenth.  Ten of the seventeen ahead of Evelyn were from NAIA schools.  The ladies finished fifth overall and third when you take out the NAIA teams.

As for the men, Averie Molina led our sleuth of Bears with our first four finishing the 8k course only thirty-five seconds apart.  The fellas finished sixth overall and fourth when you take out the NAIA teams.

Our next competition is the Firestorm Classic at Sahuaro Ranch Park.  Ten teams will toe-the-line Friday morning September 20th, including four teams from NAIA schools.
