Your Bears Cross Country team competed at Central Arizona College's CAMPY Invitational. Nine schools from NAIA as well as NJCAA Division I and II toed the starting line in Coolidge, AZ.
All of your Bears ran a season best on the flat and dusty desert course. The Lady Bears finished the 5k course led again by Evelyn Osornio and Sydney Wilson, with scorers 2-4 finishing only thirty seconds apart.
All of the gentlemen ran a lifetime best for the 8k course led by Averie Molina. Molina was happy that he ran a lifetime best, but said, "I will just have to work a bit harder" and continue to improve.
NJCAA National Championships are just around the corner, but first we need to qualify at Regional I Championships in two weeks on Friday, October 25th
