For the first time since the 2017-18 season, the Phoenix College Bears are heading to the Region I DII Women's Basketball Postseason! The Bears secured the No. 4 seed in dramatic fashion with an overtime victory against Glendale in their final regular-season game.
Phoenix College will take on top-seeded Mesa Community College on Thursday, March 6, at 7 p.m. at Mesa. The T-Birds finished the season with a 23-7 (17-1 ACCAC) record, with their only conference loss coming against No. 2 Pima. This marks the third time in four seasons that Mesa has secured the No. 1 seed in the tournament.
The Bears will look to pull off an upset and keep their postseason run alive. Fans unable to attend can catch all the action live on T-Birds Sports Live.
