The Phoenix College Bears Women's Soccer team, entered the 2023 national tournament as the No. 1 seed and defending national champions. They finished with a 15-2-3 overall record, the Bears made it to the NJCAA Division II Semifinals and were crowned back-to-back NJCAA Region 1 Division II Champions.

Led by head coach Chris Sagar, the team is ranked No. 4 in the NJCAA DII Women's Soccer Preseason poll. Among the standout players, Diane Gonzales and Chloe Corral earned spots on the NJCAA All-American First Team and the United Soccer Coaches All-America Team. Corral, a key returner for the Bears, had an impressive 2023-24 season with 15 goals and 4 assists across 20 games, and she looks to continue her strong performance in the upcoming season.
