Last Friday, Mesa CC hosted the Mesa Invitational where we faced off against schools from nearby athletic associations like Grand Canyon University and Arizona Christian University.
Ian Fairley is on fire on the track, setting personal bests in both the 400-meter and 200-meter races. Claudio Munoz and Xereque Parham also hit their stride with season bests in the 100 meters.
Sofia Miranda and Alfonso Hernandez smashed their lifetime records in the 1500 meters, while Fernanda Hernandez achieved her personal best in the 400 meters!
We're pushing hard for success, gearing up for our next big competition on Tuesday, April 30th at the NJCAA Region I Championships. It's all happening at Mesa Community College, with the first event kicking off at 6:00 p.m.
